Beat back the winter chills with the warm and comforting flavours of curried lamb chops and Pretoria Caravans & Outdoor! This recipe is easy to prepare anywhere, from your home to the campsite this quick recipe is both simple and tasty… the way good food should be!
Cook in curry sauce (we used Ina Paarman’s)
The night before, cut the onions into large slices and mix them into the cook in curry sauce. Lay the lamb chops in the mixture and let lie overnight in the fridge.
The next day, begin by putting your potatoes in a pot to boil as this can take some time. Next get a braai fire started. While you wait for the fire to reach cooking temperature make a salad base with the lettuce and tomatoes, then add your favourite ingredients to make it your own.
When the fire is ready braai the lamb chops slowly over the fire. When ready serve with the boiled potatoes and salad.
