Spaghetti Braai

It’s always fun to bring a little taste of home with you when you go camping. We’ve got just the recipe for you to make the campsite feel a little more like home this holiday season, but as always… there’s a bit of a twist!
What you’ll need:
Diced onion
Sliced mushrooms
Grated cheddar cheese
Aluminium foil
Skottelbraai or large braai pan
Put your spaghetti on to boil until al dente. Heat the braai pan and add some oil. Fry the diced onions in the pan until soft but be careful not to overcook. Then add the mushrooms and fry till cooked. Remove the cooked onions & mushrooms and place the mixture to one side.
Add some additional oil to the pan and fry the mince adding your favourite spices. Once the mince is cooked add the onion and mushroom mixture again. Spread out the ingredients evenly over the entire pan. Add the cooked spaghetti on top of the mince, onions & mushrooms covering the pan evenly as well. Add the grated cheese over the entire pan covering the spaghetti. Finally cover the entire pan and ingredients with foil to allow the cheese to melt.
Once melted you, remove the foil, serve and enjoy!
