RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS: WIN A CARAVAN!

By purchasing a ticket and entering this raffle, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Organiser

This raffle is organised and managed by Pretoria Caravans & Outdoor, referred to herein as "the Organiser".

2. Prizes

  • There are two caravans to be won.
  • Each caravan will be awarded only once its respective fundraising target has been reached.
  • The specifications and images of each caravan will be published on official promotional material and available on request.
  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

3. How to Enter

  • Raffle tickets cost R500.00 each.
  • There is no limit to the number of tickets a participant may purchase.
  • Entry is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
  • A ticket is only valid once full payment has been received.

4. Fundraising Targets and Prize Unlock Conditions

This raffle includes two fundraising milestones, each linked to a separate prize:

  • Caravan 1 will be drawn once the total ticket sales reach R339,900.00.
  • Caravan 2 will be drawn once the total ticket sales reach R499,900.00 (cumulative).

Only once these individual fundraising targets are met will the associated prize be unlocked for the draw.

Example:
If only R339,900.00 is raised, only Caravan 1 will be drawn.
If R499,900.00 is raised or exceeded, both Caravan 1 and Caravan 2 will be drawn.

The Organiser will regularly update the public on progress toward each target via its website and/or social media channels.

5. Draw Dates

  • Once a fundraising target is met, the corresponding draw will take place within 14 business days.
  • Draw dates and locations will be announced in advance.
  • Should the targets not be reached within 6 months of the raffle's start date, the Organiser reserves the right to:
    a) Extend the raffle period, or
    b) Cancel the raffle and refund all ticket purchases.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries using a fair and transparent process.
  • All draws will be independently witnessed and verified.
  • Winners will be contacted directly via phone and/or email and may be announced publicly unless they request anonymity.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued unless the raffle is cancelled due to targets not being reached and no extension being applied.

9. Disqualification

  • Any entry found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or violating these terms may be disqualified at the Organiser’s discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Pretoria Caravans & Outdoor accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damages incurred as a result of participation in the raffle or use of the prizes.
  • Winners accept the prizes at their own risk.

11. Privacy

  • Personal information will only be used for raffle-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Legal Compliance

  • This raffle is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  • All decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
